BBQ Beef Benihana
- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
- bacon slices
- 1/2 cup Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup each: soya sauce and pineapple juice
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Peanut Butter
- Whole mushrooms, snow peas and red pepper pieces
- WRAP each piece of steak with bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- COMBINE barbecue sauce, soya sauce, pineapple juice, cinnamon and peanut butter.
- Reserve 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the sauce.
- Pour remaining sauce over meat and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- REMOVE picks from meat and arrange on skewers with mushrooms, snow peas and pepper pieces.
- BARBECUE on medium heat, turning and brushing with reserved sauce, until desired doneness.
