BBQ Beef Benihana

  1. WRAP each piece of steak with bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  2. COMBINE barbecue sauce, soya sauce, pineapple juice, cinnamon and peanut butter.
  3. Reserve 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the sauce.
  4. Pour remaining sauce over meat and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. REMOVE picks from meat and arrange on skewers with mushrooms, snow peas and pepper pieces.
  6. BARBECUE on medium heat, turning and brushing with reserved sauce, until desired doneness.
