Maple Salmon and Bulgur Pilaf

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine, in large microwave-safe bowl, bulgur and water.
  3. Microwave on high 10 minutes or until water is absorbed.
  4. Stir in frozen peas; microwave 2 minutes more.
  5. Stir in celery.
  6. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix ketchup, maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, and freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Place thawed salmon on foil-lined jelly-roll pan.
  8. Sprinkle with salt, then brush with maple sauce.
  9. Broil 8 minutes or until fish just turns opaque throughout.
  10. Serve over bulgur pilaf.
