Maple Salmon and Bulgur Pilaf
- 1 c. bulgur
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 4 stalk celery
- 3 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 skinless salmon fillets
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Preheat broiler.
- Combine, in large microwave-safe bowl, bulgur and water.
- Microwave on high 10 minutes or until water is absorbed.
- Stir in frozen peas; microwave 2 minutes more.
- Stir in celery.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix ketchup, maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, and freshly ground black pepper.
- Place thawed salmon on foil-lined jelly-roll pan.
- Sprinkle with salt, then brush with maple sauce.
- Broil 8 minutes or until fish just turns opaque throughout.
- Serve over bulgur pilaf.
