Bacon Wrapped Pickles
- 1 package Low Sodium Thin Slice Bacon (1 Pound Package)
- 1 jar Any Kind Of Pickle You Prefer (16-24 Ounce Jar)
- Toothpicks
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a jelly roll pan with foil & place wire rack inside.
- Cut bacon slices into thirds (if you are using pickle slices) or in half (if using gherkin, baby, or pickle spears).
- Wrap 1 piece of bacon around 2 pickle slices, or 1 pickle spear- skewer and place on wire rack in jelly roll pan.
- Once all of the bacon is used place into preheated oven.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Turn pickles over and cook for 20 more minutes or until bacon is crisp.
- Serve with ranch dip or mustard.
