Hayleys Veggie Sushi

  1. Lay out your wrap and spread on the cream cheese and then sprinkle with the green onion.
  2. Layer on your salad greens and your thinly sliced veggies.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Gently roll it up and slice it into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces.
  5. Set the pieces upright in your container like sushi.
