Hayleys Veggie Sushi
- 1 Whole Grain Wrap
- 2 Tablespoons Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1 Green Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 cups Any Salad Greens
- 5 slices (Julienne Thickness) Each Of Your Favorite Veggies (squash, Peppers, Carrots, Etc)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Soy Or Salad Dressing For Dipping (optional)
- Lay out your wrap and spread on the cream cheese and then sprinkle with the green onion.
- Layer on your salad greens and your thinly sliced veggies.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently roll it up and slice it into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces.
- Set the pieces upright in your container like sushi.
