Veal Victoire! or Chicken!

  1. Brown veal in butter.
  2. Add onions, saute til tender.
  3. Sprinkle parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic salt, pepper and lemon peel over meat.
  4. Pour on liquid from peas.
  5. Cover & simmer till tender (about 30 min.
  6. ).
  7. At serving time, add peas and heat.
  8. Thicken with cornstarch mixed with water.
  9. Stir in lemon juice.
