Chipotle BBQ Chicken Arepa Melts
- 2 cups white cornmeal (arepa flour)
- 2-1/2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 6 KRAFT Singles, cut diagonally in half Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 4 cups shredded chicken from Chipotle BBQ Chicken with Potatoes and Onions, warmed
- 8 green onions, sliced
- 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Mix cornmeal and water in large bowl until blended.
- Add Parmesan; mix well.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Divide dough into 12 equal pieces; shape each into ball, then flatten to 4-inch patty, moistening hands with a little water if necessary to round the edges.
- Heat griddle sprayed with cooking spray to medium-high heat.
- Add patties; cook 8 to 10 min.
- on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
- Place on platter; top with remaining ingredients.
