Spinach Omelette Soup
- 3 cup spinach
- 3 fresh deseeded red chili
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 2 cup stock
- beat eggs with seasoning then add spinach and mix well
- in pan melt butter then fry spinach omelette
- OPTIONAL CAN SERVE SPINACH OMELETTE AS IT IS
- OR OPTIONAL SERVE AS SPINACH OMELLETE SOUP just add stock and bring to a boil then off heat
