Pulpo Salad.... (Italian Octopus Salad)

  1. Put octopus in pot of boiling water for 20 minutes...shut off flame & let sit in pot for 20 minutes ...then remove from pot.
  2. cut off legs as close to body as possible
  3. rub off as much skin as possible with hand & rinse under water
  4. cut legs into half inch pieces & put into bowl
  5. chop up celery & mince garlic & put all ingedients into the bowl
  6. sqeeze the juice of the 2 lemons in ...mix well & serve!!
