Savory Grilled Brussels Sprouts

  1. Soak small wooden skewers in water 30 minutes ahead of time.
  2. Trim stem ends of sprouts and cut a small x into the bottom if they are not small (helps the centers cook better).
  3. Toss sprouts in a bowl with oil, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. Skewer them on small wooden skewers, or cook them in a grill pan or wok.
  5. Cook them until they test fork tender and are lightly browned.
  6. Serve hot.
  7. Also good sprinkled with just a bit of parmesan cheese.
