Quick Breakfast Casserole
- 4 slices bread (any kind)
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper
- 6 eggs
- 9 slices bread, cubed
- 2 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, sauteed and drained
- 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Place half of bread cubes in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Put half of sausage on top, followed by half of cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Beat eggs with milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture over layers in pan.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove cover and bake in 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour.
- Makes 12 to 14 servings.
