Quick Breakfast Casserole

  1. Place half of bread cubes in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Put half of sausage on top, followed by half of cheese.
  3. Repeat layers.
  4. Beat eggs with milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour mixture over layers in pan.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove cover and bake in 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour.
  7. Makes 12 to 14 servings.
