Matzo Brownies With Brandy

• 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
• 12 cup margarine
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup matzo cake meal
• 1 tablespoon brandy (or water)
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 12 cup chopped walnuts

1. Melt chocolate and margarine in a saucepan over low heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, stir together chocolate mixture and sugar.
3. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
4. Stir in matzo meal, brandy and salt.
5. Stir in nuts.
6. Pour into a greased 9x9 baking pan.
7. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
8. Cool.
