Warm Tofu with Soy Milk and Melting Cheese

  1. Put the tofu in a bowl, and microwave for 1 minute at 500 W. Drain the water.
  2. Pour the soy milk and mentsuyu into the bowl, and add the sliced cheese on top of the tofu.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute at 500 W, sprinkle with ground sesame seeds and it's done.
  4. Another variation If you like spicy food: it tastes good with a drizzle of ra-yu (chili sesame oil).
