Savory Lavender Butter

  1. Chop the herbs finely.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly and mash with a fork.
  3. Using a small scoop (such as a melon baller), shape the butter into little balls.
  4. Place on a tray lined with a piece of aluminum foil and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Set in the freezer to firm up for 30 minutes.
  6. Good for 1 week.
