Sesame Grilled Tuna on Asian Slaw
- 10 each tuna fillets (3 oz./90 g each)
- 1-1/4 cups Kraft Oriental Sesame Dressing, divided
- 15 cups napa cabbage, shredded
- 7-1/2 cups mixed red, yellow and green peppers, cut into strips
- 1-1/4 cups red onions, slivered
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- Brush fish with 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the dressing (or with 2 Tbsp.
- 30 mL of the dressing for trial recipe).
- Grill on medium heat 4 min.
- on each side until fish flakes easily with fork, or until desired doneness.
- Cool.
- Meanwhile, toss cabbage with peppers, onions and cilantro; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For each serving: Toss 2-1/2 cups (625 mL) of the cabbage mixture with 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) of the remaining dressing.
- Place on serving plate.
- Top with 1 sliced fish fillet.
