Sesame Grilled Tuna on Asian Slaw

  1. Brush fish with 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the dressing (or with 2 Tbsp.
  2. 30 mL of the dressing for trial recipe).
  3. Grill on medium heat 4 min.
  4. on each side until fish flakes easily with fork, or until desired doneness.
  5. Cool.
  6. Meanwhile, toss cabbage with peppers, onions and cilantro; cover.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. For each serving: Toss 2-1/2 cups (625 mL) of the cabbage mixture with 1 Tbsp.
  9. (15 mL) of the remaining dressing.
  10. Place on serving plate.
  11. Top with 1 sliced fish fillet.
