Barbecue Slaw Recipe
- 2 c. Shredded red cabbage
- 2 c. Shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 c. Bermuda onion, thin sliced
- 1/4 c. Shredded bell peppers
- 1/2 c. Shredded carrots
- 1/4 c. Slaw dressing, Commercial or possibly homemade
- 1/4 c. Barbecue sauce
- 1/8 tsp Warm pepper sauce
- In large bowl, combine cabbages, onion, peppers and carrots.
- In small bowl, combine dressing, barbecue sauce and warm pepper sauce.
- Pour over vegetables and toss lightly.
- Serve immediately.
- NOTE: Barbecue Slaw can also be used as a topping for grilled burgers and chicken, as well as a flavorful side dish.
