White Chocolate Cane Treats

  1. Melt chocolate very carefully in a double boiler (watch out- white chocolate turns brown if too hot!)
  2. Stir in broken pieces of candy cane.
  3. Pour mixture onto a foil or waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
  4. Spread evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  5. Cool in freezer for 30 minutes.
  6. Break into pieces and serve.
