Nonfat Peach Cake Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  3. Combine flours, sugar, baking soda, and nutmeg; mix well.
  4. Stir in pureed peaches, vanilla extract, and egg substitute; combine well, and then add in the peaches and raisins.
  5. Evenly pour batter into pan.
  6. Bake about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool cake for at least 20 minutes.
  8. Cut into squares.
