Coriander (Cilantro) Mayonnaise

• 1 12 tablespoons lime juice (juice of 1 lime)
• 14 cup freshly chopped coriander (cilantro)
• 1 cup whole egg mayonnaise
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch pepper

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and serve.
