Mexican Casserole

  1. Overnight, if possible, or at least 4 hours before grilling, mix in largest bowl you have the salad dressing, cubed meat and cut up vegetables.
  2. (Dad even threw in a drained can of whole potatoes.)
  3. Stir occasionally to get all pieces covered with the dressing.

ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, doritos, rotel tomatoes, dressing, cubed sirloin steak, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, rice
