Sesame Seed Chicken Wings Recipe
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 5 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 stalks scallions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 3 lbs. broiler-fryer chicken wings, cut at joint
- In a bowl, stir together cornstarch, flour, sugar, salt, soy sauce, Large eggs, scallion, garlic and sesame seeds.
- Stir in 1/4 c. of corn oil.
- Add in chicken to cover.
- Marinate two hrs.
- Heat oil in deep fryer or possibly deep fry pan.
- Fry meat fine to seven min or possibly till golden with medium heat to 325 degrees.
