Yee Mee Noodle Soup

  1. OPTIONAL USED ANY STOCK AVAILABLE OR DO YOUR OWN PRAWN STOCK ,,,,Pan fry prawn head and shell for 3 minutes then ad the water and bring it to a,simmer for 30 minutes ,then seive soup and set aside
  2. Pan fry the pounded garlic , shallot and ginger till fragrant then add the prawn stock or any stock of your preference with seasoning like light soy sauce , salt and pepper and let it simmer for another 5 minutes
  3. SERVING OPTION 1 ,,,,Bring a pot of boiling water add salt and quick blanch the pea for 2 minutes then drain then plate it on the prefried yee mee
  4. Bring a pan of water to a boiled the break an egg gently and immediately cover the lid and poarched the egg till the egg white are cooked then drain and layer on top of the pea and yee mee
  5. TO SERVE AND ENJOY THIS SIMPLE DISH JUST ,,,,,, Pour the boiling hot prepared prawn stock and serve immediately,
  6. FOR SERVING OPTION 2, COOKING OPTION IS ALL IN THE PAN
  7. Bring the prepared prawn soup or any stock of your preference to a boil and add seasoning then add eggs and ham and simmer it
  8. add yee mee noodle bring to a boil and add some dried goji berries and mix well then off heat and serve as it is and garnish with rosemary for extra fragrant
