Myoga Ginger, Shiso and Aburaage Fried Tofu with Sesame Seeds

  1. Grill the aburaage on both sides on a grill.
  2. Cut in half, and then into 5 mm slices.
  3. Cool (alternatively, you can dry-fry in a pan after cutting it up).
  4. Grill the aburaage on both sides on a grill.

  6. Cool (alternatively you can dry-fry in a pan after cutting it up).
  7. Mix all 3 ingredients together, add the ground sesame seeds and soy sauce, and it's done.
  8. You can use this on somen noodle and shabu shabu pork too.
  9. I use this on cold udon noodles, on hot rice, and in miso soup.
