Layered Fiesta Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Brown meat with peppers in large skillet; drain.
  3. Return to skillet.
  4. Stir in salsa, tomatoes and corn.
  5. Spread 1 cup meat mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with 6 tortillas, overlapping as necessary to form even layer.
  6. Cover with layers of half each of the remaining meat mixture and cheese; top with remaining tortillas and meat mixture.
  7. Cover.
  8. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  9. or until heated through.
  10. Top with remaining cheese; let stand, uncovered, 5 min.
  11. or until melted.
