Lemon-Blueberry Angel Lush
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) round angel food cake, cut horizontally into 3 layers
- 1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries, divided Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- Beat pudding mix, lemon zest and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Stir in COOL WHIP.
- Refrigerate 5 min.
- or until thickened.
- Stir 1 cup blueberries into pudding mixture.
- Stack cake layers on plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers and on top of cake.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Top with remaining blueberries just before serving.
