Lemon-Blueberry Angel Lush

  1. Beat pudding mix, lemon zest and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  2. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  3. Refrigerate 5 min.
  4. or until thickened.
  5. Stir 1 cup blueberries into pudding mixture.
  6. Stack cake layers on plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers and on top of cake.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  8. Top with remaining blueberries just before serving.
