French Onion Crema Chicken Fingers

  1. Combine all the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken overnight.
  2. Combine the panko, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the flour in another bowl and the eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Take the chicken out of the marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
  5. Coat the chicken in flour, then in the egg and finish with the panko breading.
  6. Let coated fingers sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  7. Next, heat enough oil to semi-cover the surface of a pan on a medium-high flame.
  8. When the oil is hot, cook the fingers for 4-5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.
