Cheese stuffed cheeseburgers
- 2 lb hamburger
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup italian style breadcrumbs
- 10 piece provolone cheese
- Put hamburger in a large bowl with breadcrumbs, eggs, and spices
- Take 5 of the slices of cheese and fold them in half two times.
- Making four pieces from 1 slice.
- Grab an chunk half the size of the burger you want to make and flatten it out in one hand.
- Take the other hand and make a dip in the middle of the Pattie by pressing your fingers down towards the center of your palm.
- Take one of the slices of cheese that you broke up (all 4 pieces of it) and stuff it in the dip you made.
- Then take the other half of the hamburger and squeeze it down on top and roll it around a bit.
- Then flatten into your hamburger Patty.
- Once the patties are made get out a frying pan you plan on using to make the burgers (use Pam on the pan if not a ceramic pan.)
- Place 2 patties (or as many as you can fit in the pan with room to flip them) in the pan and turn in low to med-low and cover.
- Once the Patty begins to brown on the sides, flip it and cover again until the entire Patty is brown and you no longer see any pink.
- Add a slice of cheese on top of the burger and let it melt and then it's all done and ready to eat.
- Amazing
