Turn of the Century
- 3/4 ounce absinthe blanche, such as Kubler
- 3/4 ounce Lillet blanc
- 1/4 ounce white creme de cacao
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- Ice
- 1 lemon twist, for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the absinthe, Lillet, creme de cacao, lemon juice and Simple Syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the twist.
