Whole Wheat Power Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. In seperate bowl mix milk, oil, and eggs.
  3. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Use 1/4 measuring cup to scoop batter and put on hot lightly greased griddle.
  5. Cook until light brown and flip.
  6. Cook other side to light brown.
