Three Meat Baked Beans Recipe

• 5 slices bacon, fried, liquid removed & crumbled
• 1/2 pound lean, grnd beef
• 1/2 pound Polish (or possibly Italian) sausages, cut into 1/4" slices
• 2 (16 ounce.) cans pork & beans
• 1/4 c. minced onion
• 1/4 c. minced bell pepper
• 1/3 c. ketchup
• 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
• 2 tbsp. Karo syrup or possibly molasses
• 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
• 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
• 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1. Fry the 3 meats together and drain on paper towel.
2. Mix together in a 2 qt shallow casserole the remaining ingredients.
3. Fold in meats and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
