No Bake Mint Chocolate Bars
- 6 oz. mint chocolate (not cream filled)
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 oz. butter
- 1/4 lb. graham cracker crumbs
- 6-1/2 oz. chopped walnuts
- 1-1/2 cup 4 plus tbsp. light cream
- Sugar to taste
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Melt chocolates and butter in sauce pan or in microwave.
- Stir until smooth.
- Combine cracker crumbs and nuts in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in cream, sugar, vanilla and chocolate mixture.
- Mix well.
- Pour in to 12x8-inch greased pan.
- Let stand in a room temperature about 2 hours until firm.
- Cut in squares.
- Store in an airtight container.
