Italiano Meat Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Brown beef in large skillet.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add green pepper and cook 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in water, tomato paste and spaghetti sauce mix.
  6. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle half of the parmesan cheese over bottom of pie shell.
  8. Spread half meat mixture in pie shell.
  9. Sprinkle 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese over meat layer remaining meat and parmesean cheese.
  10. Bake on cookie shet 15 minutes.
  11. Sprinkle top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  12. Return to oven until cheese melts and is brown.
