Leafy Greens with Mushrooms and Raspberry Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 225 g cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 8 cups loosely packed mixed salad greens
- 2 cups fresh raspberries, divided
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms; cook stirring occasionally 5 to 7 min.
- or until brown.
- Meanwhile mix 1 cup raspberries and sugar; set aside 10 min.
- Mash berries with fork until liquefied, stir into dressing.
- Combine greens, mushrooms and remaining berries in large bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
