Paris Is Burning Recipe

• 2 ounces Cognac
• 1/2 ounce Chambord or raspberry-flavored liqueur

1. Stir the Cognac and Chambord in a small saucepan over low heat until the liquid is warm to the touch, about 40 seconds.
2. Pour into a large brandy snifter.
