Yummy Apple Pie Bars

• 18 14 ounces yellow cake mix
• 12 cup melted butter
• 3 large apples, peeled, sliced
• 1 large egg
• 1 cup sour cream
• 14 cup brown sugar, packed
• 12 teaspoon cinnamon

1. measure out 2/3 cup of cake mix and set aside.
2. combine remaining cake mix and melted butter till fine crumbs --
3. press into bottom of ungreased 13x9 pan.
4. lay apple slices to cover the crust --
5. whisk together egg and sour cream and drizzle over the apples.
6. combine reserved cake mix.brown sugar and cinnamon -- mix well.
7. sprinkle over sour cream layer.
8. bake at 350* for 20-30 min.
