Family-Size Veggie Calzone

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Unroll 1 of the pizza crusts onto baking sheet.
  3. Gently pat out crust to 12x10-inch rectangle; spread evenly with the pizza sauce to within 1 inch of edges of crust.
  4. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese, the vegetables and remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Reserve 1 Tbsp.
  6. of the Parmesan cheese; sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over mozzarella cheese.
  7. Top with second pizza crust; crimp edges with fork to seal.
  8. Sprinkle with the reserved Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  10. or until golden brown.
  11. Let stand 5 min.
  12. before cutting into 8 pieces to serve.
