Steak Friday

  1. Rub dry, ground spices on both sides of steak, to taste.
  2. Let sit.
  3. Fry bacon until crisp.
  4. Remove from pan and dry.
  5. Slice onion.
  6. Mince garlic.
  7. Fry onion and garlic in bacon drippings until brown.
  8. Add wine to onions and garlic.
  9. Simmer for 1 minute.
  10. Place steak in frying pan, cover, cook to desired doneness.
  11. Remove steak from frying pan.
  12. Crumble bacon into frying pan.
  13. Thicken gravy.
  14. Serve over rice.
