French fries
- 1 Potatoes
- 1 Fryer Oil
- 1 Salt
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 325F.
- wash and peel potatoes and cut into batons.
- deep fry for 4 minutes at 325F
- Drain and cool.
- Raise the fryer temperature to 375F.
- Return cooled potatoes to the deep fryer.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain.
- Toss with salt.
