Mini Fudge Brownies

  1. Mix sugars, flour, egg substitute, margarine or butter, cocoa and vanilla until well blended.
  2. Spoon into 36 greased mini muffin pan cups*.
  3. Sprinkle tops with chopped nuts.
  4. Bake at 350F for 18 to 20 minutes or until done.
  5. Cool in pan on wire rack for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack.
  7. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar before serving.
