Mini Fudge Brownies
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Pecans, finely chopped
- powdered sugar
- Mix sugars, flour, egg substitute, margarine or butter, cocoa and vanilla until well blended.
- Spoon into 36 greased mini muffin pan cups*.
- Sprinkle tops with chopped nuts.
- Bake at 350F for 18 to 20 minutes or until done.
- Cool in pan on wire rack for 5 minutes.
- Remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack.
- Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar before serving.
