Easy From-Scratch Parmesan Cheese Pizza

  1. Add yeast to warm water in small bowl.
  2. Stir in oil.
  3. Let stand 5 min.
  4. Process flours and salt in food processor, pulsing just until blended.
  5. Add yeast; process 1 min.
  6. Transfer to lightly floured surface; knead once or twice.
  7. Place in bowl sprayed with cooking spray; cover with clean kitchen towel.
  8. Let rise in warm place 30 min.
  9. or until doubled in volume.
  10. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Roll dough on lightly floured surface to 15x10-inch rectangle; place in 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  11. Spray dough lightly with cooking spray.
  12. Combine tomato sauce, garlic and tomatoes; spread over crust.
  13. Top with remaining ingredients.
  14. Bake 12 to 15 min.
  15. or until crust is golden brown.
