Sweet and Tasty Carrot Namul
- 1 Carrot
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 White sesame seeds
- Peel and julienne the carrot, then boil.
- Once it reaches desired tenderness, remove from heat and drain.
- Put carrots in a bowl, and while still hot, add the ingredients.
- Refer to cooking tips in Helpful Hints!
- Transfer to serving dish, and serve after sprinkling with white sesame seeds.
- It adds a nice color when packing your bento.
