Garlicky Cauliflower

  1. Heat olive oil with garlic on slow fire for 15/20 mins and a few mins on high heat.
  2. Turn off heat and stir in chilli flakes.
  3. Close pan and let it stand.
  4. Place shallow wok on flame, add 1 tablespoon oil and cummin seeds .
  5. Add onion and cook for a few minutes.
  6. Add carrots and Cauliflower .
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Let this cook for 15/20 mins .
  9. Toss constantly.
  10. Add the garlic along with the oil and continue to cook the vegetables for another 15 minutes.
  11. Cover, let it stand for a while before serving.
  12. Serve with brown rice and enjoy!
