Cajun-Italian Panini
- 2 slices Olive Bread
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic And Olive Tapenade (I Used Cibo Naturals)
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 8 slices Hard Salami, Thinly Sliced
- 6 slices Sandwich Pepperoni
- 1 slice Gouda Cheese
- 3 slices Cajun Turkey
- 1 slice Havarti Cheese
- 2 slices Tomato
- 1 slice Thinly Sliced Red Onion
- 5 leaves Baby Spinach
- Spread olive tapenade on one side of your bread and butter the other side.
- Stack the remaining ingredients between the two slices of bread (on the tapenade side) and grill in a panini press until cheese is melted and the bread is nice and toasted.
- I dont have a panini press and instead used an electric griddle.
- Just put a pan on top of the sandwich and weigh it down while cooking.
