Cajun-Italian Panini

  1. Spread olive tapenade on one side of your bread and butter the other side.
  2. Stack the remaining ingredients between the two slices of bread (on the tapenade side) and grill in a panini press until cheese is melted and the bread is nice and toasted.
  3. I dont have a panini press and instead used an electric griddle.
  4. Just put a pan on top of the sandwich and weigh it down while cooking.
