Bean Sauce With Tofu Recipe

  1. Heat oil in wok.
  2. Add in ginger, garlic & red peppers.
  3. Saute/fry for 3 min.
  4. Add in mushrooms & onion whites.
  5. Saute/fry for 3 min.
  6. Add in onion greens & tofu & saute/fry for 1 minute.
  7. Combine miso, soy sauce, honey, tahini & vinegar.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Stir into saute/fry mix & simmer for 1 minute.
  10. Stir in dissolved cornstarch & simmer 30 seconds or possibly until thick.
  11. Serve over rice.
