Vegetarian Soup
- 6 c. water
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 can tomato juice
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 3 large bell peppers
- small cabbage, shredded
- 1 c. peas (green)
- 1 c. whole grain corn
- 2 pkg. George Washington seasoning or 2 Tbsp. chicken seasoning
- 1 c. butter beans
- 3 stalks celery
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. string beans
- 1 c. noodles or macaroni
- 1 tsp. barley
- 1 tsp. parsley (dried)
- salt to taste
- Bring all vegetables to boil.
- Cook until done on lower heat. Sprinkle salt to taste.
- Add a little Accent, George Washington seasoning or McKay's chicken seasoning.
