Meat Spaghetti Sauce(A Recipe To Enjoy From The Kitchen Of Sarah Surina.)

  1. Chop garlic and onion very fine.
  2. Saute in little oil until golden brown.
  3. Add tomato paste and water and simmer 2 minutes. Then add tomatoes, oregano, bay leaves, sugar, salt and pepper. In a separate pan braise pork bones and pork for 15 minutes.
  4. Then add them to tomato sauce.
  5. Let everything cook uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at a simmer.
  6. Brown the ground chuck in oil.
  7. Drain off fat and add meat to the sauce.
  8. Cook the sauce an additional 45 minutes, skimming off the grease.
  9. Cook pasta.
