20-Minute Beef and Bean Chili

  1. Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, cook meat, onions and dressing in large saucepan on medium heat until meat is evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  4. Simmer 7 min.
  5. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve chili spooned over rice.
