20-Minute Beef and Bean Chili
- 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
- 1 pkt. 40%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) no-salt-added kidney beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook meat, onions and dressing in large saucepan on medium heat until meat is evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Simmer 7 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve chili spooned over rice.
