Mini tacos in sweet and spicy sauce
- 1 each white onion
- 6 small tomatoes
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 medium lettuce
- 1/4 kg ground beef
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 small carrot
- 1 pepper and salt
- 1 sugar
- 1 chili powder
- 2 dozen mini tacos
- 1 mayonnaise
- 1 parmesan cheese
- FOR THE TACO SAUCE:Saute ground beef, carrots and red bell pepper in olive oil.
- Add a bit of pepper , salt ,sugar and chili powder to taste.
- (optional)
- Let it cool and set aside.
- FOR THE TACO TOPPING:
- Chop the veggie toppings and refrigerate.
- Fill the taco shell with the sauce, veggie toppings.
- Add/sprinkle mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.
