Mini tacos in sweet and spicy sauce

  1. FOR THE TACO SAUCE:Saute ground beef, carrots and red bell pepper in olive oil.
  2. Add a bit of pepper , salt ,sugar and chili powder to taste.
  3. (optional)
  4. Let it cool and set aside.
  5. FOR THE TACO TOPPING:
  6. Chop the veggie toppings and refrigerate.
  7. Fill the taco shell with the sauce, veggie toppings.
  8. Add/sprinkle mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.
