WAVERLY Pecan Pralines
- 24 WAVERLY Crackers
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 1/3 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place crackers in single layer in aluminum foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.
- Bring margarine and brown sugar to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 2 min.
- Remove from heat.
- Immediately pour over crackers; spread to evenly cover crackers.
- Sprinkle with pecans and coconut.
- Gently press pecans and coconut into sugar mixture with back of spoon.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until coconut is lightly browned.
- Cool.
- Separate crackers; drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
