WAVERLY Pecan Pralines

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place crackers in single layer in aluminum foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.
  3. Bring margarine and brown sugar to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 2 min.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Immediately pour over crackers; spread to evenly cover crackers.
  7. Sprinkle with pecans and coconut.
  8. Gently press pecans and coconut into sugar mixture with back of spoon.
  9. Bake 8 to 10 min.
  10. or until coconut is lightly browned.
  11. Cool.
  12. Separate crackers; drizzle with melted chocolate.
  13. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
