Eclair Cake

  1. Prepare pudding according to package directions.
  2. Stir in cool whip.
  3. Lay 1 row of crackers on bottom of 9X13 inch pan.
  4. Place half pudding mix over crackers.
  5. Layer 1 row of crackers over pudding.
  6. Place remaining pudding on crackers.
  7. Layer crackers over pudding.
  8. Carefully spread frosting over crackers.
  9. Chill overnight.
  10. Cut and serve, very rich, 2X2 inch size pieces work well.
