Turkey Quiche
- 1 cup diced cooked turkey
- pastry for 1-crust 9-inch pie
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. diced pimentos
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- Spread turkey in bottom of crust.
- Combine skim milk, egg substitute, parsley, pimiento, sage and pepper; pour mixture over turkey.
- Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
