Turkey Quiche

  1. Spread turkey in bottom of crust.
  2. Combine skim milk, egg substitute, parsley, pimiento, sage and pepper; pour mixture over turkey.
  3. Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
